Our new Interlibrary Loan platform is live! One great advantage to the new system is that you can now log into your account with your usual WCU credentials. Requesting and renewing articles and books should be a more seamless and accessible process. In your account, under Communication Preferences, you can choose to provide an alternate email for notifications and a cell phone number to receive text messages. The new platform also eliminates the need for new users to set up an ILL account—your account is ready and waiting.
If you have a request in process, don’t worry; it will be transferred to the new system and you will be notified when it arrives. If you need to retrieve book chapter scans that you have already received, you can log into your old account here. Contact libraryloan@wcu.edu or your library liaison if you have any questions. Look for the Find Full Text link in the database. 
Find the Interlibrary Loan (or ILL) link. 
Make your choice. Check “remember my choice” to skip this screen in the future. 
Log in with your WCU credentials. 
Fill out the form and submit! 
You can also access ILL directly under “More” on the library webpage.
